Cabinets

ieces called "Cabinets," though still miniatures, are the largest in size (the tallest being 18 inches).  They also comprise the largest body of 3-dimensional works, to date.

These constructions stand erect, usually on feet or legs, and are meant to be viewed in 360 degrees, with each surface revealing, supporting or contradicting or confounding the meaning(s) found in other portions of the piece.

Similar to Boxes and Objects, Cabinets are meant to be hand-held, and almost all have moving parts, whose position within the piece is left entirely for the viewer to decide—sometimes creating a new, or changing the original, symbolism of those parts.
